This is quite a simple way of getting onto someone's PC (not remotely).

Turn on their computer and boot it in safe mode. I'll be making a guide soon on how to do this.

When you are in safe mode, do the following.
For Windows 8: Hover your mouse in the top-right corner of the screen and click on "Search". Type in "control userpasswords2" and press enter.
For Windows 7, Vista, XP and earlier versions: Click "Start" then type in "Run" and press enter. Now, type in "control userpasswords2" and press enter.

Simply change passwords for whichever account you wish. The person whose user account you are hacking will have very high suspicions as to why their
password has changed, so if you are blamed in any way just make a little white lie.

Reboot the computer. Done!
